Helen was a very special, loving and caring lady. She was always there in the good and the bad times. Helen taught me a lot for which I will be forever thankful. My condolences to her family. Peace be with all of you.

Deepest sympathies to the Osborn family on the loss of your mother. Knowing Helen for many years and working with her at FEMA, we will miss her very much. Since we are both Pittsburgh girls, we shared a special bond only Pennsylvania girls know. I will miss her greatly but know that she is "still" watching over me. xoxo Kat

Although I do not personally know Helen I loved hearing the stories of her "adventures" from her Daughter-in-law Kim. I am sure she will be missed but the memories will last a lifetime. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Helen was one of those special people you met in your life's path. She was professional in her work, loyal in her friendships and always a quick wit. Her professional knowledge and guidance was always "spot-on." Her shared stories always provided a fantastic belly-laugh. Her friendship was appreciated and will be greatly missed. Farewell to a fantastic lady.

Helen was a very kind and capable lady that was always ready to provide guidance and help to us newbies. I remember working many disasters with her and we were always glad to have her there with us. Her stories about her family and the critters in her front yard and porch always brought a smile to my face. She was a true leader and will be missed and fondly remembered.
