My sister Janet and I have fond memories of both Mary and Mason. We remember what supportive and helpful neighbors they were during the13 years from 1946 to 1959 we lived across the road. We were new to country life just coming from Philadelphia and a kind word and gesture went a long way to help smooth the transition. They will always live in our memories of those years. We are sad as those of our youth are no more of this earth and send our condolences to the family. Ann Thomas/ Chardon, Ohio and Janet Leckemby/ Las Cruces, New Mexico
