Raymond C. Alabran

Raymond C. Alabran, of Salem Township, Hadley, passed away Friday, August 26, 2022, at his residence of natural causes. He was 61.

Raymond was born in Greenville on October 27, 1960, to the late Freda (Shell) and Raymond Alabran. On July 1, 1987, he married the former Jacqueline Sue Grinnell, who preceded him in death on January 20, 2020, after 32 years of marriage. Raymond, a graduate of Greenville High School, was employed at Grede Castings of Meadville, having previously worked at Trinity Industries, Snyder Autobody and Community Chevrolet. He belonged to the VFW, Moose, and Eagles Club, all of Greenville.

He is survived by his children, Stephen and Samantha Alabran of Arnold MO, Katrina and Charles Moore of Greenville, stepson, Joshua Irwin; a sister, Karen King of Jamestown; seven grandchildren and two step grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and a sister, Marilyn.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at 7:00pm at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Sheakleyville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00-7:00pm time of service. He will be laid to rest at Stevenson Cemetery.
