Donald Curtin, Sr. Obituary

Donald Sanford Curtin, Sr., Greenville, Salem Twp. passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home early Friday afternoon on January 8, 2021.  He was 80.

Don was born in New Brunswick, NJ on December 21, 1940 a son of the late Edgard G. and Ruth (Sanford) Curtin. On February 17, 1968 he married the former Judith Belle Pfaff who survives.  Don was a member of the Operating Engineers and was employed by James Cape and Sons and also had been self employed working on highways.  In his younger years he was a member of the Dunellen, NJ United Baptist Church.  He had served with the US Navy from 1958 – 1962.  Don was classic and antique car enthusiast and was very proud of his cars with several having been featured in magazines.

In addition to his wife Judith, he is survived by three sons, Donald Curtin, Jr., Greenville, Todd Curtin, Greenville and Greg (Ami) Curtin, Kent, OH; 3 grandchildren, Cameron Curtin, Paige Watt and Andrew Curtin and a great granddaughter, bailey Stoughton.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Curtin.

Respecting the wishes of Don, the family will be privately remembering his life.  No services will be held.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care and direction of the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 3223 Perry Hwy., Sheakleyville.
