Brian A. Zakostelecky, of Cambridge Springs passed away early August 2, 2022, at his residence of natural causes. He was 35.
He was born in Greenville on September 12, 1986, a son of Jerry and Christine (Hollabaugh) Zakostelecky. On September 4, 2021, he married his best friend, Michelle C. Unger who survives. He had attended Maplewood High School and had been employed by T3CO Company until experiencing health concerns.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman and had enjoyed an Elk hunting trip to Colorado with his friends and was able to successfully bag a large Elk with his Bow. The most significant role in his life was being a loving husband and a father to his 9-month-old son, Walker. He enjoyed every moment he could be with his son.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle, his son, Walker Lee Zakostelecky at home; his father, Jerry Zakostelecky, Meadville; a sister, Danielle Jablonski, Andover, OH and a special Aunt and Uncle, Jan and Doug Hart, Townville.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine.
A benefit dinner will be held on on Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a service celebrating Brian's life to follow at the Hempfield Volunteer Fire Department, 20 6th Avenue, Greenville, PA. .
