Betty J. (Consider) Ball

Betty J. Ball, Greenville passed away at The Grove of Greenville on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 6:45 pm.  She was 80.

Betty was born in Meadville on July 16, 1939 a daughter of the late Gerald W. and Evelyn E. (Henry) Consider.  She had been married to John M. Ball, Jr. who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker, a member of the Atlantic Community Church and the East Fallowfield Vol. Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.  Betty always socializing with her family and friends and could often be found at the Grove visiting others and participating in the daily activities, where she always looking forward to playing bingo.

Surviving are a son Ronald Ball and his wife Karen of Hartstown; two sisters, Marsha Viscelli and her husband Robert, Greenville and Charlotte Caszatt and her husband Wally, Greenville; 4 brothers, Jack (Mary) Consider, Greenville,  David Consider, Hadley, James Consider, Mercer and Brian (Sherry) Consider, Rock Creek, OH; 3 granddaughters, Hope, Lindsay and Kayla; two step grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter Cynthia Ball; a great granddaughter; two sisters, Linda K. Consider and Nancy Peterson and a brother Gary Consider.

Utilizing Pennsylvania Department of Health COVID 19 Mitigation recommendations for funeral homes the family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 3223 Perry Hwy., Sheakleyville.  Private family services will be held  The interment will be at the Stevenson Cemetery.  Memories and condolences may be shared with the family online at www.snyderfh.com
