Joseph Reed Obituary

Joseph R. Reed, age 83 of 110 Fredonia Road, Greenville formerly of Homestead Drive, Jamestown, passed away at 6:36 am on Friday, October 19, 2018 at the UPMC-Jameson, New Castle.

He was born in Mercer a son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Rose (Mutter) Reed. He had been employed by Fed Ex in Washington state before returning back to the Jamestown area. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Hoalcraft and her husband Tom of Greenville and Sheila Bacher and her companion James Burns of Greenville; two sons, Joseph Reed and his wife Georgenia of Fredonia and James Reed of Fredonia.

At the request of Joseph Reed no services will be held, cremation has been selected.
