Dennis Randall DeArment, 52, of Greenville passed away at 2:06 pm on Monday, August 7, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Dennis was born December 31, 1964 in New Mexico and was the son of Paul L. and Gloria (Cordova) DeArment.

Dennis lived most of his life in Greenville and was a 1983 graduate of Commodore Perry High School.

Dennis was the owner and operator of DeArment Transmission for over twenty years. In addition to his business, he loved drag racing, spending time outdoors camping, hunting, snowmobiling, watersports, and being with family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Gloria; his brother Mike DeArment and his wife, Janet, of Hadley; his sisters Lou Ramp and her husband, Jim, of Hadley; Alicia Cordova of New Mexico, Maria Nevin of Greenville; Carmela Harnett and her husband, George, of Hadley; his partner, Andrea Weidner of Ohio; his uncles Lucas Cordova and his wife, Berlinof New Mexico; Walt Cordova of New Mexico; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul L. DeArment; his paternal grandparents Samuel and Helen DeArment; his maternal grandparents Jose and Mabel Cordova; his uncle Frank and his aunt Corrine.

Arrangements are with Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, 3223 Perry Hwy., Sheakleyville. Private family services will be held with inurnment to be at the Greenfield Cemetery, Greenwood Twp.
