Denise L. Lambert, Perry Twp., (Greenville) passed away at her residence on Monday, August 6, 2018 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was 53.
Denise was born in Pasadena, California on February 12, 1965 a daughter of Gordon and Shirley (Scufa) Schmidt. On October 4, 2008 she married the love of her life, Roger M. Lambert who together shared nearly 10 wonderful years of marriage. She was a reflexologist and health care provider who placed an emphasis on natural remedies and natural foods. Throughout her career she was able to help many overcome their ailments and was able to provide her clients with a better course of living.
She was loved and respected for the care that she provided to many. Denise was the ideal wife, who loved to do the household chores, was an excellent cook and enjoyed gardening. She along with her husband were members of the Church of God, A World Wide Organization.
She is survived by her husband, Roger, an adopted daughter, Lisa Renee Canady of Casper, Wyoming, her parents, Gordon and Shirley Schmidt of Greenville; a brother Tim Schmidt of San Antonio, Texas and 2 granddaughters, Katona and Kaitlyn.
The final arrangements for Denise have been entrusted to the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. Family and friends may call at the Remnant Church of God, 274 Steckler Road, Stoneboro (2 miles East of I-79 on S/R 358) on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 and attend the Celebration of the Life of Denise at the church on Sunday at 4:00 pm.
