Alisha M. Anthony, Fredonia passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 18, 2019 at her residence. She was 27.
She was born in Greenville on August 8, 1992 a daughter of Ronald E. and Susan A. (Harry) Anthony. Alisha was a graduate of the Reynolds High School Class of 2010 and had attended the Pittsburgh Technical Institute where she obtained a degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management. She was currently employed at the Tara - A Country Inn, Clark. She was a member of the Fredonia Presbyterian Church.
Alisha was musically gifted, playing the clarinet and the drums, utilizing her talents though out her high school years with the Reynolds Band and later with the Mercer Community Band. She had also used her musical gifts at her church where she had done many solos and had sang in the choir. She was all things Pittsburgh with regards to sports, being an ardent and avid follower of the Pittsburgh Steeler, Penguins and Pirates.
She is survived by her parents, Ronald M. and Susan A. Anthony, Fredonia; her son, Leroy Clifford Ferguson at home; a brother, William Joseph Anthony, Rockport, Maine; many aunts and uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clifford and Pearl Anthony and Leroy and Donna Harry.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the Fredonia Presbyterian Church, Water Street, Fredonia at 11: 00 AM, with Rev. Eric M. Peters officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow at the Millbank Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 169 Second Street, Fredonia and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 – 10:45 am. Memories and condolences may be shared online at snyderfh.com
