Nancy J. (Consider) Peterson

Nancy J. Peterson, Bean Road, Hadley (Perry Twp.) passed away unexpectedly at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 23, 2016 in the Emergency Department of the UPMC, Horizon, Greenville Campus.  She was 78.

She was born in Meadville, on July 10, 1938 a daughter of the Gerald and Evelyn (Henry) Consider.  On November 24, 1956 she married Ralph S. Peterson who preceded her in death on September 24, 2013. 

Nancy had been employed at the former Lakeway Restaurant, Stoneboro and later at the Patio Restaurant, Greenville which she retired from in 2001.  She was of the Protestant faith.

She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Cadman of Greenville; Three sisters, Betty Ball of Greenville, Marsha Viscelli and her husband Robert of Greenville and Charlotte Caszatt and her husband Wally of Greenville; 5 brothers, Jack Consider and his wife Mary of Greenville, Gary Consider of Sheakleyville, David Consider of Hadley, James Consider of Mercer and Brian Consider and his wife Sherry of Rock Creek, Ohio.

3 grandchildren, Kimberly Cadman of Greenville, Kelly Foulk of Fredonia and Robbie Cadman II of Greenville and three great grandchildren, Samantha, Dylan and Derek Walker, Fredonia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a sister Linda Consider.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc.  3223 Perry Hwy., Sheakleyville. The committal service and interment will follow at the Stevenson Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6:00-8:00 pm and may share memories and condolences with the family online at www.snyderfh.com
