Shirley E. (Rodemoyer) Herrick

Shirley E. Herrick, Fredonia passed away at the Allegheny General Hospital, early Tuesday morning, November 21, 2017.  She was 68.

She was born in Mercer on December 18, 1949 a daughter of the late Paul T. and Esther L. (Axe) Rodemoyer.  On December 23, 1970 she married Fred Herrick who survives.  She had been employed by Watson’s Inc. for 22 years driving a work shop route in Hermitage. She was a 1968 graduate of the Reynolds High School and a member of the Sheakleyville Nazarene Church.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 47 years, two brothers; Paul Rodemoyer and his wife Sue of Mercer and Bill Rodemoyer and his wife Lynn of West Middlesex.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Dick Rodemoyer.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 169 Second Street, Fredonia with Pastor Lisa Grabb of the Sheakleyville Nazarene Church officiating.  Family and friends may call on Friday at the funeral home from 4:00 – 7:00 pm and are invited to share memories and condolences online at www.snyderfh.com

The family has suggested that memorial tributes may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses incurred.
