Constance A. (Moller) Lesnett

Constance A. Lesnett, Mercer Road, Greenville passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at UPMC Passavant, Pittsburgh. She was 78.

Constance was born in Wilkinsburg, PA on May 25, 1938, a daughter of Vincent D. Moller Sr. and Alice (Prop) Moller. On April 12, 1958 she married William Lesnett, who survives.

In her early years she worked at the family meat packing business, Greentop Farms. She worked for Dr. Gerald Uzarski as a Veterinary Assistant for 30 years until retiring. Constance was always devoted to her family, but in her spare time she enjoyed cooking, collecting over 200 cook books. She was also a member of the Mercer County Antique Power Association, and a member of  St. John Lutheran Church.

Constance is survived by her husband, a son Terry Lesnett and his wife, Barbara Ruslen of Pittsburgh, a daughter Sherry Lynn Lesnett of Jefferson Township. A brother, Vincent D. Moller Jr. and his wife, Rossellen of Transfer.  A brother in law, John Lesnett and his wife, Sue of Greenville. A sister in law, Shirley Lesnett of Greenville. Two grandchildren, Amy Merchant and her husband Billy, Teresa Miller and her husband Chip. Five great grandchildren, Waylon and Catlyn Merchant, Dylan, Marlea and Colt Miller, and five nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother in law Tom Lesnett.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 5, 2017 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 10 Beil Hill Road, Greenville, PA 16125 at 2pm with officiating Pastor John Coleman of St. John’s Lutheran Church.
